I'm a leadership coach who has spent over a decade learning what it truly means to be both a human being and a leader. My work lives at the intersection of people and organisational complexity — in environments where ambiguity is the norm and strong individuals need to become even stronger leaders.
What sets my work apart is the ability to translate neuroscience into practical, embodied behaviour change — a skill I carry not just into my work, but into every aspect of my life. The work creates the psychological safety that makes real learning and lasting change possible.
I draw on cognitive and social neuroscience to make sense of how leaders think, react, and relate — and to build habits that actually stick. Nervous system regulation and metacognition are not buzzwords. They are maps for real change.

Research shows that genuine growth requires safety. I design every engagement so that people feel seen, honest, and strong enough to take the next step. Teams who feel psychologically safe are measurably more innovative, more candid, and more capable of lasting change.

I begin by meeting you at your entry point — your Why, your What, your How, and your What If. Development is never one-size-fits-all. It is crafted to honour how each person learns, leads, and grows.

True leadership begins before strategy and influence. It begins with self-awareness — and the willingness to develop the inner system that shapes every decision, every relationship, and every team culture you create.
My approach integrates neuroscience, learning design, and human-centred coaching to help leaders grow from the inside out, in practice.
Lasting leadership change does not start with behaviour. It starts with the beliefs, patterns, and nervous-system responses that drive behaviour — often invisibly. This is the inside-out principle that runs through everything I do.
This principle applies equally whether I am working with a senior leader navigating a major transition, a team building a culture of trust, or an athlete closing the gap between physical capability and mental performance.
