When participating in 1:1 coaching or any community spaces provided by us, you agree to conduct yourself with respect and professionalism. We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Services, without refund, if you engage in disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jennie Sund, her affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to purchase and use our Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.
- Updates to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

- The Dragonfly Program (Self-Study): Includes downloadable materials and digital curriculum for self-paced learning.
- The Dragonfly Program + 1:1: Includes the full digital curriculum alongside four (4) private, 1:1 coaching sessions with Jennie Sund.
- Service Delivery: Upon successful payment, you will receive access instructions for your digital products. Coaching sessions must be scheduled according to the availability provided by Jennie Sund and must be utilized within the timeframe specified at the time of purchase.
3. Pricing and Payments
- Currency and Taxes: All prices are listed in Swedish Krona (kr) or the applicable local currency, excluding VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT will be calculated and added at checkout based on your location and local tax laws.
- Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider (e.g., Donna Code). By submitting your payment information, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.
- Payment Plans: If a payment plan is offered and selected, you are legally obligated to complete all scheduled payments. Failure to make a payment may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Services, and outstanding balances may be sent to collections.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Digital Products (Self-Study): Due to the immediate, downloadable nature of the Dragonfly Program, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. By purchasing the program, you consent to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) under EU consumer protection laws once the download or access has begun.
- Coaching Services (1:1 Packages): If you purchase a package that includes 1:1 coaching, partial refunds will not be issued for unused sessions. If you need to reschedule a coaching session, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice. Missed sessions without proper notice may be forfeited without a refund.
5. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: All content, materials, frameworks (including the Dragonfly Leadership Framework and The Four Wings), PDFs, videos, copy, and designs provided on the website and within the programs are the exclusive intellectual property of Jennie Sund.
- Limited License: When you purchase a program, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the materials for your personal, non-commercial use only.
- Prohibitions: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, modify, or create derivative works of our materials, nor may you teach the Dragonfly Leadership Framework to others for commercial gain without explicit written permission.
6. Professional Disclaimers
- Not Medical or Psychological Advice: While the Dragonfly Leadership Framework is "neuroscience-based" and addresses nervous system regulation and cognitive flexibility, Jennie Sund is a leadership coach, not a licensed psychologist, therapist, or medical professional. The Services are for educational and professional development purposes only and are not a substitute for professional mental health care or medical treatment.
- No Guarantee of Results: We provide tools, coaching, and frameworks to support your leadership development. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, career advancements, or financial results. Your success depends on your own effort, dedication, and execution.
