A structured, neuroscience-based leadership journey for leaders who want to change — without losing themselves. Built for senior leaders ready to go deeper, by Jennie Sund.
Dragonfly is Jennie Sund's signature leadership programme — a structured, neuroscience-based learning journey for leaders who want to transform without losing themselves, but rather by strengthening the values and beliefs already at their core.
Built on deep insights from human development research, the programme moves through four interconnected wings, each addressing a different dimension of conscious, agile leadership. It is designed with experienced leaders in complex environments in mind, though it is equally suited to anyone searching for concrete, transformative work and ready to go deeper.
The dragonfly is a symbol of transformation that results in a strengthened identity. It emerges from beneath the surface, from the water, unseen, and takes to the air still recognisably itself — only transformed.
This is the philosophy at the heart of the programme. Lasting change starts within.
Dragonfly speaks to leaders who recognise themselves in one or more of these realities.
Leaders who have achieved results through skill and drive, and are ready to build the inner foundation that makes leadership truly sustainable and impactful.
03
Experienced leaders navigating sustained complexity, performance demands, and the risk of burnout.
01
Leaders who are leading other leaders, and need to rebuild their own leadership identity.
02
Before any technique is introduced, the inner landscape is explored — the beliefs, the patterns, and the nervous-system responses that actually drive leadership behaviour. This is applied neuroscience at its core.
It is also designed for how experienced leaders actually learn. They don't need to be taught from scratch. They need a space to surface what is already known, challenge what no longer serves them, and practise the shifts that matter most.
Many leadership trainings teach tools, theories, and models — then leave leaders to apply them in environments that look nothing like the training room. Dragonfly is built differently.

Each wing represents a dimension of conscious leadership. Together, they form a complete journey — from inner purpose through to real-world adaptation.
Leadership begins below the surface. This phase creates psychological safety, meaning, and genuine readiness for change. Leaders reconnect with their values, their purpose, and the kind of leader they want to be. Before any skill or technique is introduced, the ground is prepared.
From awareness to inner change. Leaders examine the patterns, the limiting assumptions, and the ingrained responses that shape their leadership, often invisibly. This is where neuroplasticity becomes real: old pathways are examined, new ones are practised. Change is not imposed from the outside — it is chosen, practised, and embodied from within.
Clarity, decisions, and relational leadership in practice. Leaders build the skills for difficult conversations, accountability, and creating the conditions in which their teams can do their best work.
Integration, flexibility, and long-term ownership. Leaders adapt everything they have learned into their unique context. This wing builds the resilience and cognitive agility needed to lead sustainably in fast-changing environments.

ABOUT JENNIE
I'm a leadership coach who has spent over a decade at the intersection of people and organisational complexity — in environments where ambiguity is the norm and strong individuals need to become even stronger leaders.
What sets me apart is the ability to translate neuroscience into practical, embodied behaviour change. I don't bring theory into the room. I bring transformation.
Most leadership development teaches you what to do differently. Dragonfly changes who you're being when you do it — which is what makes it last.
You've taken the courses, read the books, learned the frameworks. You know what good leadership looks like. Yet you still react when you mean to respond. Still carry more than you should. Still watch morning clarity dissolve by noon.
That's not a knowledge problem — it's a nervous system problem, an identity-under-pressure problem. This is where Dragonfly works.

Regulate before you react. Notice what's happening inside you before it shapes what happens around you. The pause that creates choice.
Lead from your values, not your defaults. Under pressure, most leaders revert to control, over-functioning, or withdrawal. You learn to catch it — and return to what you stand for.
Hold people and hold the line — without choosing. Safety isn't softness. Trust is the precondition for performance, not the reward for it.
Think clearly in the fog. Hold uncertainty — in the organisation, the team, yourself — without rushing to resolve it.
Know which wing you're flying on. The Dragonfly Assessment reveals your natural leadership profile and the edges you've avoided. Balance isn't perfection — it's awareness in motion.
Stay yourself through the change. Transformation isn't becoming someone else. It's leading more fully as you — less performance, less armour, less noise.
